What areas do you service?

We primarily serve Western Massachusetts and New England; however, we remotely manage properties in other US markets, including Texas.

Can I use my own cleaners or maintenance team?

Absolutely. You can choose to keep your existing team, or we can connect you with one of our vetted partners. Either way, we’ll coordinate scheduling, quality checks, and supplies between each stay.

Do you manage listings on multiple platforms?

Yes! We manage listings across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Google Vacation Rentals, and your direct booking website through a unified system that syncs calendars, pricing, and guest messages to avoid double bookings.

How does pricing and revenue optimization work?

We use dynamic pricing tools integrated through Guesty to automatically adjust nightly rates based on demand, season, and local events. This helps maximize your occupancy and earnings year-round.

Do you work with multiple clients in the same city or town?

No. To avoid any conflict of interest, we only partner with one client per city or town. This ensures your property receives our full attention, personalized strategy, and dedicated support—without competing against another home we manage in the same area.
